I shall do the judging. Please quote this when you have a video ready, and I'll give you judgement as soon as possible!

Okay, here we go.

Gameplay: 5.5/10 - somewhat inconsistent. The first part has pretty good gameplay, but the rest (13% on) have good gameplay sometimes, and bad gameplay sometimes. For example, 0:34 - 0:39 has good gameplay, but 1:04 - 1:09 has bad gameplay. The difficulties in parts get inconsistent as well. 1:10 - 1:13 (I know, short) is terribly easy, for example. Also, gameplays are mostly copied, A LOT. I see a lot of straight flies, spam balls, and precision UFO's. A LOT of them. The gameplay overall just isn't that good, but there are good moments and bad moments. (Psst, I was reading the comments, and apparently hotball said that this is more fun than Bloodbath. Given that Bloodbath has bad gameplay anyway, that doesn't say a lot :/)
Block Deco: 4/5 - the block deco is nice. Very clean, and there are patterns that enhance the level. Nothing too great, though.
Space Deco: 4.5/5 - the decorations fill in the potential empty spaces, and make the level seem fulfilled. Again, nothing too great.
Effects: NA/10
Sync: 4.5/5 - sync is really nice, and a little bit of it makes the level seem a bit more fun.
Originality: 3.5/5 - I see you took a lot of leaves from Electroman Adventures, but mostly, it still has some originality. Some copy-paste, but nothing too noticeable.

Overall: 21.5/30 - Good

I see this going as a rating, possibly, but especially in a 2.1 era, this isn't likely. In-level itself, I see rating, but not feature. This level has a noticeably amount of copy-paste gameplay-wise, which makes the level not very fun. Given that the biggest focus of pre-1.9 levels are gameplay (mostly, but that's just my opinion), this wouldn't fare very well as a 1.6-style level.
