I've always loved the idea of making a level. Being able to have full control over what a level looks like. It's cool. And most of the geometry dash players I talk to in real life havn't even touched the editor. Which is kinda sad. Like, you can make whatever! Its aweome!
Saying that, I've been making levels for 1 and a half years now, but I'm just not that good at making them. I don't know what it is, but I can never make my levels look as good as I want. My mind may have ideas, but I don't know how to transfer them to reality.
So, I will request help from the community, in hopes that they know more about the editor than I do. Anyways, if you happen to be good with the editor, and have any tips for me, especially with the decorations, the help would be appreciated.
Saying that, if you need a basis of how good I am at the editor to better help me, here's a video of my latest level that I made.
And here's a video of the new level I am currently making
Anyways, any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hey, it's cool that you're making levels! I have some tips for you: 1. Try not to make parts in your level that only have floating sawblades as obstacles. The gameplay will become boring. 2. Use corner pieces. Where you used slopes in your levels, I saw a lack of corner pieces. These help make your level look better. 3. Use multiple types of themes/decoration. For example, one part castle-themed, another cave-themed. This can help give your level more variety and keep people interested. 4. Do not use a jump pad and another one rotated 180 degrees below it. It looks ugly. 5. Try not to do straight-fly parts. It gets boring. 6. If you're ever in need of inspiration, look at the featured levels! Sometimes, I copy one, and "take it apart" to see what elements they use. Keep in mind, don't exactly copy their style, be inspired by it. 7. Don't overuse anything. In your first video, you used a lot of fire. Try not to do that. Remember, variety. 8. Add pillars going slower/faster than the player. It looks good! For an example of this, look at featured levels. 9. Use lots of different colors! That's about it! I hope these tips will help you!
