Hm...
Gameplay: 4/10 - The gameplay matches with the music, but other than that, I can't say much good about the gameplay. Bad transitions, speeds that really don't make sense, and a boss fight that really has no meaning to it. I would do the following:
1) listen more carefully to the music and make pathways that match accordingly with the music.
2) make the boss fight more dynamic
3) add more variability to the level as a whole
4) avoid using the 4x speed unless it enhances the gameplay (many people unfortunately use 4x speed for gameplay, and it really impedes the enjoyability of the level)
5) don't use copy+paste
Block Decoration: 2/5 - You did make a slight effort with block decorations, but for the most part, the block decorations are lazy. There's only two types of block decorations throughout the whole level, and it doesn't really take much effort to put them up. At least they look decent and clean. I would add more variability to the blocks and add more to them. I would also add more "decoration blocks", that is, blocks that you don't actually use, but add to the decoration as a whole.
Background: 1.5/5 - there are almost no background decorations. The few that are there are unclean and bugged. The only part that's okay is the first part, but even then, I would do more to it. Add more background to fill in the emptiness, even if there already is a background in the back!
Effects: 2/10 - you only put some move triggers, and that's it. There should be more: background flashes, more movement, even rotations would be nice. Alphas work out really nicely as well. Pulses are your best friend. Use them!
Originality: 2/5 - nothing to this level that I can think of elsewhere, but this is more of a beginner's level, and that marks low.
Sync: 3.5/5 - the latter half of the level is actually nice when it comes to sync. The first half, though, is pretty bad. Work on the ear-to-finger coordination of the level.
Overall: 15/40 - Needs improvement
I would work more on adding to the level as a whole. Add, add, add! More decorations, more gameplay, and more variability!
