I am not an official judge. However, I played and completed the level, and I will try to be as honest as possible.
I'll start by saying this. Flappy Bird levels have been around for quite a while now. They were never very original in the first place, with only a few exceptions (Flappy Weird by Superbot and UFO Challenge by ZelLink tried to be somewhat original). This doesn't try to stand out at all. The same few pipes are copy+pasted over and over again throughout most of the level, and the pipes don't move or look very interesting.
0-10%: Gameplay: This part is just an automatic segment. It also has an occasional bug at the end where you start the first UFO segment upside down. It syncs decently to the music, but that's about it for the good qualities. 2/10 Decoration: There is no decoration whatsoever. You can't even see the portals, so it's just a black screen with your icon moving around. You could at least have added some saws or spikes that the cube would avoid. 1/10
10-42%: Gameplay: The gameplay is bad for this part of the level. You can't touch the top or bottom of the pipes, which means the jumps have to be very precise in order to get by. The invisible mini, growth, and speed portals make the part much more difficult than necessary for first-time players. Other than the portals, the sync is nonexistent, and this part is much harder than the rest of the level. 1/10 Decoration: It's the same pipe copy+pasted at different heights over and over again. There is no other decoration to speak of. It gets two points because it's better than the first part, but that's a low bar to clear. 2/10
42-56% Gameplay: The mirror portal comes out of nowhere and can screw you if not careful. The gameplay gets much easier for this part, but it's very boring and repetitive. There's no surprise portals, but there is still no music sync and the gameplay gets monotonous fast. 2/10 Decoration: It has the same problem as before. The pipes are copy+pasted, and there are no decorations other than the pipes. The pipes at least look OK in this part. 2/10
56-70% Gameplay: Very annoying because of all the invisible portals. At least the portals are synced to the music to an extent, but still very frustrating. 2/10 Decoration: Copy+pasted pipes, no decoration besides that, and it shared all the problems as before, but this time with off-sync flashes in the background. 2/10
70-81% Gameplay: Another automatic part. It's at least not buggy and syncs fairly well to the music. There's nothing else to say. 3/10 Decoration: It has the same problem as the first auto part, which is that there's nothing to look at, at all. 1/10
81-100% Gameplay: As good as it gets in this level. It's mildly interesting and isn't buggy or irritating. Still gets monotonous and repetitive before long, though. 4/10 Decoration: The pipes look OK, but they don't match the background, are the only things to look at, and get copy+pasted over and over again. 2/10
Final Score: 24/120, or 20/100, or 20%. I think this belongs in Needs Improvement. The things that would make your levels better if there was some more decoration, less copy+pasting, and if you just stayed away from Flappy Bird levels altogether. I hope this review is helpful.

Thanks for the constructive criticism, I will keep that in mind while designing another level.
