Like the serious tag, there should be a tag that marks that there is a spoiler in the thread. Might be useful in the lounge, where people talk about another games. And no, the "spoiler" thing that you click to view is different, and people mostly use it to post big images or other stuff, not an actual spoiler about a game/movie/show.
Example:
{SPOILER} Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens REVIEW In the thread:
han solo dies lol xd

But the spoiler tag can also be used for actual spoilers, I've seen it done before. Heck, I've done it.

I don't really think it's necessary. It should be pretty clear from the title of the thread whether it would contain spoilers or not and the threads which do contain spoilers are few and far between.
