This isn't a great idea, but I'll share it anyway...

I think we should have a new board for the forum called 'Lounge Debates.' This is basically a mix of the Lounge and GD Debates. Lounge Debates is where u can debate subjects which aren't GD related. Recently, I've started seeing off-topic debate threads in the Lounge and they probably don't belong there.

GD Debate board was created because debate threads were cluttering up General Discussion a lot and people were very annoyed. However the Lounge doesn't get quite as much traffic and I don't think a Lounge Debate board is really necessary because there's no reason to make a separation.
