Seriously, they cause a ton of unnecessary drama (ESPECIALLY when said hacker is active on this forum) and and the majority of them are backed with no evidence or are reposts. I've seen (or however you spell his name) "Aurorus is a hacker" more than three times.
Let me refer to Rule 3 for this:
"3. In this case, participating in drama includes both saying/doing things that are liable to start it and/or feed it. Drama includes encouraging hate toward, gossiping about, or otherwise negative “excitement” about a particular person or persons, whether they are members of the forum or not."
These threads already break a rule as they: A) - encourage hate towards "hacker" at hand B) - Creates excitement around the situation
Sure, they can be helpful and help locate and ban hackers, but they're usually more disruptive and not and end up getting locked quite often. Does a hacker actually affect your GD experience?
If anything, there should be a separate forum for hacker reports. It'd be a lot more efficient and drama would be mostly nullfied.

Some of these threads are bad because of being overly drama-like or hateful, I agree. However not all of this type of thread is bad. Some threads are just more open discussion like, "I heard this guy mght be a hacker what do you guys think" or maybe "I think I know why this guy is a hacker this is my evidence I don't think he deserves his youtube views" or something, without inciting hate/drama. Therefore a blanket rule will not help here.
