Block Design - 5.5/10
I like how you made some of the design in there not blue because if you did it would look weird. Although the particle blocks such as at 12% don't look right. I don't know how to explain why I think it doesn't look right. Although as I said that the white design in the blocks is alright ,it does get a little repetitive after a while. The beginning is a good example of block design. I have a tip for you ,if you can't do a good block design just add well made decoration instead.

Decoration - 2/10
Either way it kind of seems that you mostly cared about the block design then the decoration. One problem seems that the "twig" spikes don't good well with this level. Some stuff are out of place such as the cloud at 10% that goes inside the slope. Also at 10% that little tiny cross block look thing under on the block in front of the mini cube portal. Overall this is really blank and it needs decortion.

25% - 31%
Decoration - 1/10
This is in need of decoration or some kind of effect because there is no block design due to the mini blocks. I know that there is fire at the bottom for spikes ,but c'mon this needs some major effect.

32% - 52%
Decoration - 2/10
It seems like you do better at block design then decoration. You just need a lot of improvements on decoration. Even though your block design isn't the best only because it gets a little repetitve it is still better then your decoration. Yes, I did see that custom background...after I replayed the level twice. The opacity is so low on it ,and this was a great time to have a "major" effect! The wave part at 44% doesn't look right because it is blank. There is another reason to, that purple decoration thing you put on the spikes looks out of place because it's color. Color combination is something really important for levels.

Block Design - 1.5/10
Like I said before ,it needs more blocks sense you do block designs better than your decoration. Either way you added moutains of spikes instead of blocks. Still though, you could have added a good block design in there. A good example of how you could have done that is on "The Hell Zone".

53% - 100%
Decoration - 4.5/10
It seems like you improved on decorating while you were making this level ,but it seems like once you did better at decoration you did worse at block design. I'll get to why you did worse on block design.

Block Design - 1/10
The only reason why the block design got bad because the the design that sticks out the most out it is the water. Using water for every block design isn't a good idea as it doesn't look good.

Overall, you seem to struggle making good decoration and block design that sticks out a lot. If you improve on these you could possibly have a rated level!

Note : I know that Cookieszs did the decoration ,but I was pretty much talking about him I really didn't want to say "Cookieszs" a lot so I just said "you" instead. If you want feed back on your game play then here it is. It is pretty fun and entertaining to play ,it gets a little cancerous randomly but gets to easy randomly to. Try sticking to one difficulty.
