GameplayThe gameplay in the level is quite solid. There aren't any unexpected moving obstacles, transitions, or jumps, and everything is laid out clearly for the player to see. The difficulty is also very consistent, with almost every part being around the same difficulty.
Aside from this, some mechanics are used to make the gameplay more interesting, such as teleportals, a dual segment, and some moving obstacles. There's also a good variety in the forms and obstacles used, except for the wave part from 45-57%. While it's not bad to have recurring obstacle structures, they shouldn't be the only obstacles in a segment. Try mixing them up in some way like by making them move in different directions besides up/down.
DecorationsThe decorations in the level aren't bad per se, just bland. The colors are good enough and blend well with the background, and the designs themselves are alright.
However, there is a huge lack of variety in the level. The block design and saw blade designs are all exactly the same throughout whole level no difference. Combined with their simplicity, this makes things get old and uninteresting quickly. Mix them up a bit with new designs that still fit the theme on at least every major transition. For example, instead of using the four-spoked blade the entire level, you could switch it with the gears or circular sawblades from time to time instead. The same thing goes for the custom background; change it every now and then to keep it interesting and unrepetitive.
Aside from designs, the air decorations and custom BG could also be more varied. Sticking to a few main decorations like clouds or stars throughout the level is OK, but try to add other things to mix it up. A ship part could have lots of pulsing objects added along the path the player would take to add more variety.
Music Sync
The jumps and transitions sync well enough to the notes, although some parts, like the dual cube, could have the jumps more in-line with the music
Design-wise, the flashes match the beats of the song and the overall design and atmosphere fits the upbeat and happy nature of the song as well.
Overall
Gameplay and music sync are both good, but the designs and decorations are too repetitive and bland.
Good.
