Okay, this is my first time judging, so sorry if it sucks :/

The gameplay along with the music is just decent, it wasn't good, it wasn't bad, it could've been better though. The design/deco of this part seemed cluttered imo. It just seemed a bit overdecorated not to mention the brighter background. Maybe make the background dark blue.
12-34% -
This part I wasn't too crazy about either. The gameplay again was okay, but the one problem I had was I didn't see much sync with the music. Yes, the portals are in sync but the gameplay itself isn't with the music. The design was again cluttered. It had awkward colors and no block design.
35-57%
Now the design in this part was definitely better. Although there still wasn't much block design, the colors blended better together and had a better use of deco. Nice custom background
. However I did have one problem with this part which was the moving platform on the ball. It just looked really weird and doesn't belong in a level like this.
58-70%
This is hands down the best part of the level. Again, not much sync but my god, the background wanted to make me cry
, nice background and solid design.
71-84%
This part looked a bit awkward because it didn't exactly fit with the rest of the level. The background is black but you add bright yellow blocks. Yellow is normally an ugly color and it stands out the most because the background is black.
85-end
The background really stands out in this part, nice job. The blocks again could use a little work because they're white/black with no design and are quite bland compared to the rest of this part, but other than that, its a good part.
Overall, this has decent gameplay and deco but the backgrounds are where it really shines. This belongs in the decent levels.
