Welp time to judge a nivel for the first time since March...Let's see how rusty I am...
Auto Cube Section (0-17%) - I kinda felt like this section was pretty unnecessary. You can always put gameplay instead of just auto, it makes the level more filled up and interesting. Having almost 1/5th of the level as auto isn't really good. The block design was passable, but could've used some more variation and details. As for the clouds, it would probably be better if you varied the orientation and sizes so they don't look so copy-pasted.
Ball Section (18-29%) - Whew...So this part has a few more complications. First of all, when you enter the section you can see empty space about the playing field. Try to fill that empty space up to make the transition smoother. Second, the portals have been replaced with jut very VERY opaque glow blocks. It would've been much better if you had just left the portals completely visible as they were. You could do the portals just like what you did with the pads, by making art versions of them. There is also a lack of background deco, and there could've been some more variation in the foreground. Finally, this is just a very small detail, but that red glow in the beginning completely contrasts with the blue in a bad way. You should probably remove that to avoid the color confliction.
Ship/Robot Section (30-42%) - I feel like the coin here is pretty much just a free coins. You could've tried to make some more creative alternate routes to reach the coin instead. There could've also been some more complex block designs, and there's a severe lack of foreground and background decoration. Try to fill some of that empty space up. The auto portal spam part also was completely empty...literally. Maybe add sometime cool to stare at while we're just...doing nothing.
UFO Section (43-52%) - The block design here is really not that well done. It basically just looks like a grid of lines everywhere, and not the good kind. In addition to that, the red "blocks" completely contrast with the blue water, which there's also an excess of. And again, there's a svere lack of foreground and background deco. Try to add some pulsing objects and variate them in size and orientation, and maybe pop in a custom background.
Wave Section (53-63%) - The bubble art was pretty cool. Again we have this problem where the portals are replaced with just glowing blocks. Trust me, it's fine if you have just normal portals, it won't completely wreck your decoration's flow. The block design was pretty plain and could've used some more texture.
Dual Cube Section (64-73%) - The gameplay here was pretty nice. There was some variation in the duals that made them asymmetric (in a good way). I'll give you a break on the simplicity of block design because it kind looks like every smooth level design ever made.
Robot Section (74-87%) - The little jumps with the robot were a little repetitive, maybe try some different length/heights out to vary the gameplay a little. The block design is a little simplistic again, trying adding some more filling and texture to your block so they look a little more complex.
The End (88-100%) - NO GAMEPLAY AND DECO; WAS B- just kidding I know it's the end credits xd. You probably could have filled some of that black space up a little more though.
OVERALL POINTERS:
-Restore the glows back to their portal forms, or create art for them like with what you did with the pads.
-Replace those empty auto sections with some fun dandy gameplay.
-Try creating some more custom backgrounds to fill up some of the emptiness.
-Add pulsing objects and decoration blocks to your foreground to fill up some of that emptiness.
-Vary size and orientation of decoration objects to remove the "copy-paste" look to them.
-The gameplay was decent, but maybe try to vary that robot section's gameplay a little, same with the ship.
FINAL PLACEMENT:
Decent
-Some parts of this level looked good enough to be put in Good Levels, but others were Needs Improvement level. Average that out and you'll get the answer. The main problems were with your foreground/background deco and block design. Fix those up and you might have a star-worthy level there.
