Gameplay: What I found good about the gameplay was that there wasn't any unfair or unexpected moving objects/blocks or any unexpected obstacles or blind transitions in the level; the gameplay was completely fair and square. Which is good! Now, what I believe is missing is more variation in the gameplay when it comes to the pace of the gameplay and the general speed of the level. At certain parts - especially the later parts - of the level has a very flat route and is just really bland and boring. There are 6 speed portals, but they're just constantly changing from normal to slow speed which makes the gameplay very slow paced and therefore has a tendency to be quite boring. There are also quite few gravity portals as well, I especially think you could've added more in the cube and robot parts. This makes the gameplay more interesting. It's hard to explain, but some parts like 0:30 - 0:39 has a very flat structure and just includes a lot of spamming, try to make the gameplay flow a little more, and try to balance it from top to bottom, and not just let the player stay in the middle all the time. This is a problem in the wave part especially where you only spam... Also the cube part at the end's gameplay is just copied and pasted over and over which is not good. So all in all, decent and fair gameplay with some minor issues.
Design: Hmm... Some things are quite nice, like the block designs. I especially like the block designs at the wave part at 0:08. The block design gets very repetitive though, try to vary this more. Another good thing is the color combination which mostly is really nice and blended out with the exception of 0:24 where the colors are very bright and not blended out enough (i.e. tick on "blending" on color options), and from 0:25 - end where the spark air decorations are too bright compared to the rest of the arrangement. Now, what I really think this level struggles with is that it's quite empty at certain parts. This is quite a big problem after the drop. After the drop you mainly only use clouds and sparks and it's just not enough so it makes the level very empty. You don't necessarily need to spam air deco in the parts, this may even make the level messy, but a custom-BG can fix this. Another thing with the level is that a few of the block shapes are very copied+pasted and should be more varied. Especially at 0:31 where lots of the block shapes are copied and pasted over and over. So please add more variations. I earlier also mentioned that the block design was nice, but at 0:47 the level starts to get REALLY empty, and the block design is basically just black blocks, which is very lazy of you. You need to add a more detailed and unique block design than that... Another thing with that ball part is the custom-BG which is highly unoriginal, has an awkward movement, and is VERY empty and undetailed. You need to be more creative and unique with the designing of the custom-BG, and I'll highly suggest to make the custom-BG move slowly, instead of just standing still completely locked to XY.
Music Sync: Transitions are synced, and the gameplay is more or less synced, but could use a lot of improvements. Examples of where you could've improved a lot more is how dull the gravity portal spam at 0:52 looks, how off-synced the blue jump pads at 0:21 is, and how you could've done something to improve the transition of the song at 0:44. Also the song is quite fast-paced which is a huge contrast to the gameplay which is quite slowpaced. You could've done something about that.
Originality: No originality to be found here to be honest :/ The song is overused, the design doesn't bring anything new to the table, and the gameplay is quite bland and uninteresting. The music sync doesn't help either.

But also, I know some parts look empty and EXTREMELY copypasted - That's because I have lots of things to do from school, since the beginning of 2016 I tried to make cool levels, and I have like 20 WIP levels (yes holy crap), and I don't have enough time to finish them in less than like 6 months. I have to say I HATE starting things and not finishing them. That's the reason why this level looks bad in some parts + the reason why the second half on my levels is always the worst. If I actually make varied block designs and custom BG's (+moving objects) I'd finish it in like almost a year... I also wanted to get it out before 2.1, which was dumb, because it won't come out anytime soon... Kappa Anyway, thanks a lot for this really long review, it'll definitely help me a lot =)
