From what I have seen, I have noticed that quite a few players have a form of autism in the GD community. Since I myself have a form of autism, I was really curious to see how big this proportion was. This is why I made this poll, asking you if you have autism in some way. Remember that this poll is anonymous and no one can see who answered (not even myself...) Though, since this is adressed to autistic people, this thread might attract more autistic people than people that aren't, creating a source of bias (imprecision of results), leading to a higher result on the "yes" side. Also, if you are brave enough, you can answer publicly. I know a few people have already done it in a few recent threads about autism, but still, do it if you want, no pressure  Note: I don't care about autistic jokes. I don't laugh, but they don't insult me... |

Some people already know I have autism. (ASD, to be exact.)
And I'm not entirely keen on autism jokes that stereotype us to be retarded or stupid.

Although I'm sort of socially awkward, I don't have any form of autism.
I have worked with children who have ASD, etc. and yea it sucks that some of them actually have talent in things but unfortunately suffer from communication difficulties.

Even though I'm stupidly shy and sometimes easily annoyed in social groups, I was never diagnosed with any form of autism, so I think I've never had it. Maybe it's more of a social anxiety or just me being very untrustful to other people in rl.

I don't know if you count ADHD as a form of autism but I haven't done any researches yet about it.
But one of my classmates has and most of them hate him because he is very annoying to my classmates, I'm one of those who gets annoyed but I'm not hating.

I don't know if you count ADHD as a form of autism but I haven't done any researches yet about it. But one of my classmates has and most of them hate him because he is very annoying to my classmates, I'm one of those who gets annoyed but I'm not hating. ADHD is another different mental disability/learning difficulty. It is not on the Autism Spectrum. |

I haven't done any research about it so probably not.
But i've a social anxiety especially with a new person that doesn't have any relation with me (like shopkeeper). It's just feels weirrd
