I don't think that is possible to add. It is made by Proboards, so there is no way to change it.

I don't see why you would need that, just choose the gender you identify as. Would adding another gender really be necessary?
Also, it may be a problem because Proboards has a lot of restrictions with adding and subtracting features with the Forums, so it may not even be possible.

I don't people would want to say that they are transgender on a public forum like this... If somebody was transgender on here, they would just choose the gender (male or female) that they switched to.
