Decoration: Nothing that special. The blocks are used correctly and the beams add a little touch to the level. Later on the blocks lose their touch but the background makes up for that a bit. Just be careful with colour choices. And nice use of 3D blocks!
Gameplay: The level isn't synced that much to the song. But the gameplay isn't that awful. But lowering the amount of 3 spike jumps would help.
Effort: There was effort put into this level, but not much. There are triggers and 3D blocks, but not much decoration. Try add some more decoration in the background.
Rating: 9/40 = Needs Improvement.

Im gonnna say the the gameplay was the best part about this level. I guess you were tying for a "Sterio Madness" look (?) And you did a good job. The gameplay looked like a typical, early, Robtop level. Music didn't sync much either. The decor was almost non-existent. In the first part, there were flashes to the spikes, and it actually looked ok. As the level progressed, though, it went downhill. There was no backround, but, I did see a little in the middle. But that was only used once, showing that you didn't take that much time in it. If you used more bg, I would've been more pleased. The blocks in the beginning was also pretty good, but during the first drop, the blocks were just default, which put the rating down a lot. Overall, it wasn't that great, but gameplay was ok. Keep trying. 1.8/10

BTW, quick question: I created this level only using an iPhone, and it took quite a while since it's on a small screen. Is it better / more efficient to create levels using aPC or tablet with a larger screen?
