Level Name: Utopia Creator(s): Flashmick72 Asked Rating: 3 - 5 Stars My Rating: 4 Stars
Gameplay - 19/35 I hate to drop the bomb on someone so early, but the gameplay looks awful. Grant it, there isn't much to say besides the level feels really open and repetitive most of the time. There is a use of too much of the same gameplay mode, mainly the ship and the wave were seen a bunch in this level and it feels really open like I said earlier. This level is not the greatest in its gameplay, but it does use moving objects very well which I do appreciate. I will also side note that the coins look really memory based and it is more based on if you can remember where they are, so with that, this does affect gameplay.
Originality - 32/35 With the gameplay being a bit poor, the level's originality is amazing. This level is different from what I have seen and uses effects in a whole different style and way. This is always a good thing when playing levels because it puts the players in awe. It is one truly unique level and I do think this level looks amazing and is very original unlike a couple of other levels that I have judged in my judging experience.
Design - 10/20 I am pretty split in this category. The background looks amazing and has so many new effects that I have never seen before and makes my eyes want to love this level to death, but it is the block design that I am going to point out. Now, EricVanWilderman may say that simple block designs appeal the audience or viewers to the background to make them look at it and make it look better, to my extent, it doesn't. Plain block designs are what you have to look at it while playing the gameplay of the level which makes this level a little bit worse on the eyes and not make it feel as fun.
Other - 5/10 Now, I know it is a 4 star level, but the music sync is awful. Nothing is really timed to the music throughout the whole level and it makes the level feel really out of place. I don't think music sync is always a huge thing, but in this case it is and it feels out of place for this reason.
Overall Score - 66/100 (Decent)
In the end, this level has a lot of room for improvement and can use a bit of updating. If you keep at it however, I suspect those 3 Creator Points you have, will turn into a good blast of 50+ Creator Points in no time.
Thanks!

I'd just like to mention that the sync is good, the video lagged horribly and if you would play the level you would see otherwise. Also, with the block design i didn't want to make it complex, but i added lots of colour changes and stuff, idk. The reason why the gameplay is "Bad" is that i've been looking at recently featured/starred levels and i've tried to use that style of gameplay. keep in mind it's a 4 star level, anyway. thanks for the review, nonetheless.
