Yea, so i finally finshed this level. Sadly, it doesn't look like the other Thunderbolts, but this was also experimental (The Neon Part mostly)
This is, without a doubt, the best level I've made.
Oh yea, i also promised it would be demon difficulty, so yea, that's that.

Looks like a really fun level. Let's check it out.
Gameplay:
The gameplay was really fun and bugfree, especially at the drop. The drop made you feel free, especially in the ship segments. It is very well-structured and cool, and also kind of makes you feel good about yourself. Gameplay that makes the player feel good is personally my favorite. Most of the gameplay after that was straightforward, simple, and fun. I also admired the duals, because they were fun and look very cool. The coin spots are creative and take you a while to figure out. Good job on the gameplay.
Your score for gameplay is 9/10. Great work!
Deco:
I also liked the decoration. The decoration is simple, nice, and takes up almost all of the level. It isn't empty at all and looks good. I didn't notice any copy paste whatsoever, and the neon colors look very good together. Although, I would like to see a bit more shading in your level, like at the right side of it. Other than that, great job at the decoration, and keep building!

Sync:
This level is well-synced at the start and drop. I noticed the cube sections synced very well with the music, and the wave and ball in the drop too. I noticed that more towards the end, there was more sync than other parts, especially the duals. The duals were very well-synced and boosted your score a bit. Some parts I would improve are Overall, this is a good example of sync.

I like how you don't follow the new 2.0 styles, but there isn't anything new here.
