Opionions on abortions?

I live in a country where was a so called "black protest" which showed women's determination, because the government wanted to completely ban abortion. Our country is in a similar(?) situation where stupid people got the rights to control everything and they're ruining everything and making everything based too much on religion (which I hate, because religion is completely not right if it goes with rights, except for a few things), so yeah... we had something similar? I think?

Anyway, I think abortion should be allowed, but doctors should take care if the future mother isn't getting rid of it just for an excuse. Well, sometimes it'd be better, because sometimes women get pregnant by accident and babies are often then treatened like trash which should be heavily punished IMO (that threatening ofc). While I'm fine about the thing and I think it'd help a lot of mothers, especially when it's confirmed that the baby will be born dead or it could cause the mother to die. One thing I'm a bit aware is that it might be abused... but it might also save some people's lives.

But eh... this won't happen very quickly in my country, because the government is full of old dumbasses which haven't got even any decent knowledge and they're just embrassing themselves and the citizens which are there. In the current state I'm thinking a bit about emigration, but I hope it will change in the future. :V

I am pro-choice in terms of an abortion, but only up until a certain month. But in the early to mid stages of pregnancy, I believe it is a woman's right to choose whether they want to have a child or not. Even though I do like some of Trump's policies, I found it a low blow for him to use scare tactics about, "Ripping a baby out during the 9th month of pregnancy.", when in reality, babies are aborted well before the 5th month for the most part. Anyways. I personally think abortion should be up to the mother.

I think abortions are a good thing. Many people get pregnant accidentally, often by rape, and either don't want the child or don't have the money to healthily support a child, either way it's economically beneficial to abort almost always. Plus, if it's an early abortion you can then use the stem cells for research.

Woman was an idiot and got pregnant from some dude without a condom: No

If you don't want a child, there are two options: 1) don't have sex, 2) use a condom or some other medium. In my eyes, abortion is equal to murder. Just because a person is unborn doesn't mean that he/she isn't a person and isn't alive. The only scenario in which I think abortion could be a respectable option is if the parents knew what they were doing, weren't screwing around just for the fun of it, legitimately wanted a child, but the mother's life is on the line or some other very serious medical problem is causing very serious and legitimate problems. And since the OP was talking about America's current political situation, Hillary Clinton thinks it's okay to abort just hours before the child is born, but her excuse for her outlandish gun-control laws is "a toddler found a gun and shot and killed himself." I'm sorry, but I don't take gun advice from someone who thinks it's okay to murder unborn children.
