PART 1: 0-36%
I was amazed at the quality and uniqueness of the block design in this level, considering it to be a Modernistic level. I love what you did with the monsters and the ground spikes! It makes them look like little lumps in bowls of ice cream!
The moving blocks in the level make it look very striking and alive, too! And did you come up with that background yourself? It looks astoundingly good! The design in the UFO was great too, considering you utilised the monsters for the block designs, yet managed to make them fit with the majority of the level, not to mention how you consistently used moving objects to make the level seem dynamic! I love the art you made for the transition, it was a tad bit funny and very visually appealing! I recommend you fix the "R"s though by removing the block in the position of first from the right and second from the bottom. Then, it'll be easier to distinguish between "A"s and "R"s. [+4.1

The gameplay was enjoyable. The UFO seems to be harder than the ball by quite a bit, which is great, as the difficulty is supposed to ramp up until the drop in order for the level to have a fun buildup. The level seems to be moderately filled with clicks, which makes it not dull. There are really no pointers I can give you for this part. [+4.7
Gameplay]
The transition into the UFO had literally just enough time to react to the sudden change of gameplay, and I salute you for that! I never had ANY problems with that transition, not to mention how the buildup of the level was auto, but wasn't just a blank screen. IT HAD GOOD SCENERY. That's really important! [+1.7
Transitions]
The gamemode changes and the gameplay itself was nicely synced, and to add onto it, the transition part came in at just the right time. However, I think the UFO could've been done a little better and more of the decoration could've been synced. Good job, nonetheless! [+2.8

Oh boy, the custom background of this part immediately got my attention. And so, the ice cream truck returns! It looks great, especially with the decorative saws surrounding it and its movement. Really, this level DESERVES to be called IceCream! The design was great too, including the moving decorations and the line across the middle, the lines which animate the truck, everything was great! However, it did get a teeny bit repetitive without much changes... Maybe add more detail! [+4

The gameplay was G-R-E-A-T! It's fast paced, it's not too hard, the speed change was at the right place and the gamemodes were all balanced! What more could you possibly want? Well, maybe I wanted some more "variety", which by that, I mean, maybe I wanted for it to be more spread out, with some parts of the gameplay near the top while some near the bottom. [+4.3
Gameplay]
The music sync was all amazing, but the portals really didn't match up with the song's beats... Maybe adjust them just a bit. [+2.1
Music Sync]
Transitions were satisfactory, seeing as the part has quite a few hard to match parts. [+1.2

Specifically for: The use of an ice cream truck. GO MEN, GO GET THAT ICE CREAM FOR ME LITTLE MEN, MWAHAHAHAHAHA. Oh and the design I guess.

I felt that the laser shots weren't in time with the song, which was really disappointing... But other than that, it was all diddly fine! [+1.7

Boss fight was easily predictable and just about as hard as any other part, I loved it. [+4.6
Gameplay]
I loved the design of the boss, and the laser shot designs were pretty great too, considering you animated them. The colour changes made the level feel extremely dynamic, and so did the smooth, SMOOTH movement of the boss. [+4.5
Decoration]
The transition into this part was problemless and great overall, gave enough reaction time to beat the part pretty easily! [+2

The gameplay was enjoyable, even up to this point. I have no pointers for you to improve here at all. [+4.8 Gameplay]
The design was absolutely dreamy and amazing, the lines moving and the gradient just improving it even more. The custom background was rather simple, but was still great and brought life to the level. I just wish there were some more decorations for the "ground spikes", like you did in the first part. [+4.3 Decoration]
You may not notice it, but the music sync here is excellent. Just absolutely excellent and timed with the jumps. [+2.7 Music Sync]
Transitions? Entering this part not only was easy to react to, it gives off the feel that the level had just gone past the climax, which it had! Good job. [+1.8 Transitions]
