I've seen the preview of this level; I only managed to see the first part, which is the cube. I knew it would be pretty cool.
I've played this level ingame, so prepare for some real savageness.

- Overall -At first sight, you directly see what nearly all your levels bring to the table: Original effects, fun concepts and flashes. I mean, dem flashes.... hmmmm... 8)
The gameplay looks very synced to the music. At some points in the gameplay, I've noticed a few invisible portals. Don't. Make. Those. :c
Background effects are awesome, detailed and extremely original.
Design... idk it's kinda meh isn't it? hm yes hi *insert a dank meme*
Overall, the overall section has no use. It just greatly fills up my review, making it look more professional.
Oh btw, the level looks collorfull yes.

[ Gameplay ]The whole concept of the cube here is very fun. I have seen this before in a few different trends, it still remains as a very original idea.
The biggest flaws in this part are simple: There are no spikes, making the path confusing. Just by adding a bunch of tiny little spikes creates a different perspective of how this part looks like. Making them white won't be a problem, I'd guess.
The pink orb is in both Practise and Normal Mode hardly visible. Consider using different objects, or make the current objects, which create the pink orb, bigger. This helps the player.
A bunch of portals are invisible. Try making them 0.03 or 0.05 for them to be visible, yet not to be in the way of the beautifull visuals.

[ Design ]The design is, well, very plain at first sight, untill you discover the different layers behind it. These layers create a nice three-dimensional effect, pulling out alot of the design itself.
The costum portal, Orb and jump-pad designs look very obvious, being, for instance, blue-coloured when going trough a blue portal, and yellow when bla bla bla.

[ Decoration ]The first thing to notice is background. It shades from left to right in a very cool-looking way, if you know what I mean. The thing that makes it even better is that the whole thing changes colour half-way trough the segment! Nicely done!
The costum BG is very unique. It's a pattern. No idea what this pattern means, so I'm assuming it says 'Penguihn army FTW' (my reference). This, of course, gives extra points.
Upon the happening of the transition, everything fades out very smoothly.
The randon round-shaped flying objects greatly filled up, not being overused or being with too less.
Score: a solid 10.00
- 13% to 28% -
[ Gameplay ]At first sight, the gameplay brings up what this kind of music sounds like: Fast-paced & stuff. This fast-pace is supported by using tonnes of portals... but...
When playing the level in practise, it took me hundreds of attempts to get past this part, somehow. The transitions are pretty odd, and the order of gamemodes is actually quite annoying...
I've also missed lot's of portals. This does not have a big influence in beating the level, but is quite annoying. Sometimes, I did not even notice these bugs untill I've watched the video, and saw it was played.
When you've practised enough, this segment does good in gameplay.
At current, I highly doubt this part is 7*. At least 8*, 9* or maybe even 10* difficult, due to the weird and fast transitions.
Sync is good.

[ Decoration ]The background-effect looks amazing.
The white borders moving towards eachother look cool. They create movement in this part. Not only that, but the 'flashes' are very well synced to the music! Nicely done!
The rainbow-y colour changing is probably the best. You do show off lot's of skills with these rainbow colours.
The best thing about the rainbow-y colours is that they change colour so damn smooth. You don't see an obvious change. It's just... Wow...
The round-shaped particles moving upwards look nice. They greatly fill up the background.

[ Gameplay ]Here again, we have the same issue with the gameplay: Though IT IS very fun and fast-paced, it's very intimidating. The difficult reaches above 7*, if these were your intentions. There's a tiny bunch of bugs again. The worst bug is the one where to ball flies towards the two spikes he has to avoid. Fix this timing please.
Music sync is still fine.

[ Decoration ]The same BG concept here: A variety of colours in the background, that constantly changes.
More ball particles. This time they're moving to the side. Having obvious difference between segments looks really good, and makes the level give their maximum potential for the player to enjoy.

[ Gameplay ]The gameplay here is very good. It uses a nice and quick transitioning from mini-wave to duals, to normal wave and so on.
In this part, the player is given much room to react and to play. Thus, this part deserves a 7*.
The ship after, however, is quite harder. I'd rate this insane 8*, because of the hard timings this part has.
The UFO contributes over one single jump, but this jump is very annoying to time.
Transitions do not seem to be buggy at all.
Music sync is very accurate.

[ Decoration ]This effect looks like the amadeus logo very good!
The different colours within the segment bring up the rainbow-y decoration this level has all over, though this still looks different. In a way, it does not fit in, but that is my deepest opinion.
The background effect sync nice with the music, making move on the beat slightly. This creates movement in a background effect. Always remember that a BG effect needs to be in movement constantly, else it will eventually looks too plain. Well done!

The good thing about this design is, is that it's very detailed. There's lots and lots of different objects within the blocks. Awesome.

I mean, the concept on it's whole looks amazing, but this is the 4th time we see these balls being used as a decoration. It gets kinda unoriginal now. If this was spreaded over multiple levels, I'd say it's fine. But now, all bunched up in one level, I'd say this costs you a bunch of points.

The gameplay is very smooth here. There seem to be no bugs at all, no unfair timings. All fine.
Music sync is fine.
Transitions are horrible, because there are none (lol im so good at joking eh?)
Listening to the music, you hear the build-up starting when the player is about to reach the goal. When the build-up starts, you hear this drum smack. To pull out the maximum from the music sync, try to sync this drum with the player, right at the moment he enters the goal. This will be very cool.
