I will cover all parts individually, with Gameplay, Design and Decoration (effects). As there is a progress bar, i will cover segments with percentage, such as 48% to 72%. - Overall - As i've covered two of your great works before, I kind of had an idea of what today's level would bring. And boiii did you bring. The level has a nice style in general, with nice music that i haven't heard that much in my experience. Mostly a flashy-lighty level, which I'm fan off! - 0% to 15% - [ Gameplay ]
The gameplay is kind of plain. There's not really a challenge. It's just a few blocks stacked up that you're needing to avoid, in order to succeed into beating this segment of the level. For this part, i'd say it's a 3* segment, rather than a 5* segment. Try to get a few blocks moving? Maybe that would help!
The sync is nice. The portals are on the beat, which seems enough, as this part cannot bring any other sync.
No bugs are there. The wave does not seem to crash on the blocks. Good job!
Score: 7.12 [ Design ]
The design looks very plain at first sight, but that changes...
Upon a BG flash, the blended blocks shine with the flash. This creates variation, which means that it looks amazing!
Score: 9.75 [ Decoration ]
Oh god, now i have to write alot... UUGHH! :3
First of all, i notice the background. I don't know if this is costum or just a standard BG, but i see the left side being a bit darker than the right side. This creates variation within the background itself, making it more intresting.
Second of all, i notice the bright white line going across the screen, on the beat. You use this to change the colour of the BG, which is amazing! I love that effect!
Third, we all see the pulsing objects spread around this segment. They look very cool, and variate in colour within. By that, they pulse which makes them move. This is always good for a costum BG. And last, they move a little to the left, also nice.
The rest of the effects and deco seems fine, amazingly done!

- 15% to 37% - [ Gameplay ]
The transition is nice. The player has enough time to react to the ABSOLUTE awesomeness that is upcoming. I had a hard time seeing the saws, as the segment is very bright. Try to fix this by making them flash colours.
The ufo was very challenging. It took my fullest attention. Though it seems very hard, i didn't die (that much).
I really like the transition to the ship. As the ufo to ship transition is kinda hard to master, invisisble slopes have been placed against the blocks in order to catch the ship, whenever it's out of control. This really supports the gameplay! Well done!
Score: 9.17 [ Design ]
Again, i see pure white design. Though it looks nice, i think the design in the other segment would've fit too, as the effects in here are EVERYWHERE! But that is my opinion.
Overall, the design just looks good.
Score: 8.04 [ Decoration ]
Oh gosh, i have to write even more now...
The first thing i noticed was the... well, the 'thing' on the right down corner. (i'll just call it the 'thing'). Having three individual layers gives depth in the thing, which is nice. The smooth movement completely completes the thing.
The background is amazing. It shakes nicely on the beat, so it's always in movement. To make it even better, the colors change in a rainbow-y vibe from right to left. This makes the effect complete.
The zappy thing is a nice extra thing added. It looks fun, and makes the level very ENERGETIC... Sorry...

- 37% to 62% - [ Gameplay ]
The transition is very unpredictable. This is because of the flashing light (which looks amazing). The player has little time to react to extremely quick fast-paced gameplay.
The gameplay is general is much fun to play, because of the fast-paced stuff. But... I don't see that much sync. Most sync comes from a few portals, but that's it. I don't see much sync in the gameplay, too. By that, the gameplay looks very hard for a 5* level. I'd say this is 7* gameplay.
There are no buggy segments as far as i've located. Good job!

Though i am a fan of the 1.0 decoration, I think this could've been done better. Because, right now, the design looks very plain.
Maybe by adding some flashy lights would help to improve the design here. I think that flashy lights would make the whole design look way better.

[ Decoration ]
The first thing i have noticed was the big music thing in the middle. It shakes all trough the segment. This shaking is synced to the music, which makes this decorational thing very intrested to see.
The second thing to notice is the background in overall. There is not much things to say about it, other than the fact that it looks very original. It's constantly in movement, which makes it look very good. Well done!
Score: 9.75 - 57% to 84% - [ Gameplay ]
Overall very fun gameplay. There are barely buggy parts as this is wave-only gameplay. The transition is fine too, with the player not crashing in sudden objects, and having enough time to react to upcoming obstacles. Good job!
Score: 9.02 [ Design ]
The design is plain. Though 100% black supports the BG effect, it's not really in the style of the level. Looking at the first segments of the level, i see that this is a full-filled flashy level, with cool background, quick gameplay and nice visuals.
I was kind of dissapointed to see the usual design not return in this part.
Score: 5.86 [ Decoration ]
As i mentioned in the [ Design ], the BG fits the design well. though the only flaw is that it doesn't fit in the whole level, as i explained in the [ Design ]. Adding flashes would've been better for the whole segment, because right now, it just doesn't fit in with the rest of the parts.
In general, the effect does look fun and intresting. There is lots of stuff happening over there. Good job!

- 84% to 100% - [ Gameplay ] The gameplay here seems significantly easy. Kinda of a 2* or 3*. But this is the end of the level, and with levels like these, it's never cool to have the player suffer trough the 90%+ fails. (it's not fun if you get 90%+ :c... it's really not).
The gameplay does not seem buggy, though there are 3 consecutive spike-jumps. Jumping to late at the first jump might cause the player to crash into the 3rd spike, maybe even the second one. Try expanding the space between these spikes to avoid this unfair happening.
Gameplay seems to be decently synced.
Transition seems fine.
Score: 7.48 [ Design ]
The design looks good. Looks a tiny little bit plain.
I see the nice blending flashy glowy design here, just like in the beginning segments of the level. This design really fits the calm background.
Score: 9.37 [ Decoration ]
The background looks nice, seeing a few diffrent gray colours clearly seperated. This makes the background less boring. Good job!
The slithering glowing snake seems Stolen from Slither.io, score: 2.46 seems very nice. It's moving very smoothly, well done!
The pulsing objects make their return! I've seen them in the very first part, and now see them return in the last one! They're moving mostly individually. This looks very good. Well done!

Hello, i see that you are fairly new to this forum itself and with this reviewing section. I really hope you would read the rules next time as it says not to tag a judge (as you failed to and i will teach you how to in a moment) until 1-2 weeks old. How to tag: @(someone you want to tag) THEN SPACE!!!! (you forgot this) Then @(someone again) Just a quick glance at this level, it seems amazing.
