Cube Section (0-16%) - The foreground is overall decent, the background could use a few objects here or there. The colors are very monochromatic and kind of bland. The huge problem with this is the gameplay. The spikes are completely undistinguishable from some of the decoration spikes, which make them essentially invisible.
Wave/Ship/Cube Section (17-28%) - The gameplay is ok itself, but again the spikes are virtually invisible. The deco is pretty much identical, so see above.
The rest of the level (29-100%) - I usually would judge each gamemode as sections, but this entire level is exactly the same. Same foreground, same empty background, and same half-blind gameplay.
OVERALL - Gameplay - 5/10 - If I ignored all of the obstructions the gameplay would probably be alot better. But since you tinted the orbs/spikes black and hid them behind/in objects, alot of this level was just pure memory. Make all things deadly CLEARLY visible. There's also some points where my position just randomly changes and kills me, possible invisible objects that weren't removed. Also, when the player goes flying in the sky, put something to kill them so they don't have to wait 5 seconds each time to die. Finally, your coins should have the player do something that...well...isn't nothing. Decoration - 5/10 - The art style is pretty, but there's been a ton of levels like this before. The entire level is exactly the same, and the colors are black and white. Background was completely empty. Try diversifying your decoration and try filling as much space as you can, foreground and background. Also try adding background flashes/color changes, more pulsing/deco objects, and just more structures just for decorational purposes. Sync - 1.5/2 - Not perfect, but not bad either.
