To the point, does this level qualify as a judge-able level? It's 48 seconds.
Yes, I know there is a 52 second level being featured, this one is Sakupen Hell. But this is because it has history.

Is there a password? I find it very hard to judge gameplay without a copy of the level.

Alright! Let's check this out!
Gameplay:
The first part isn't too bad except for the orbs, which are hard to tell between which is which. I think you should keep their colors. There is some hard orb spam, which is not very fun. However, your speed portal places are very nice, and you speed up when necessary. The red cube colored orbs are a bit more noticeable which I like. The next ship part was very fun. It is like Falling Up's ship segment. The orbs and gravity portals were very well placed. The next part was not as good as the ship, but still nice parts, like the ball. The robot part was annoying, though, since you had to time the jumps. The speed of the part was appropriate, though. At the end of the mini dual, I found a bug where it is very hard to get to the final 2 blocks. The next two parts had a lot of orbs, but can easily be passed by. There was a lot of timing in that part, which was annoying.
5/10 The start had nice gameplay, the ship was very fun, but then it went downhill. Keep it consistent.
Deco:
The first parts block design was simple, in a sort of good way. The background was kind of weird, though. The lasers color transitions looked sloppy and rough. There is a lot of use of rain, but it looks like floating 3D blocks. It needs some sort of flow. I liked the clouds in this part though. The red part was nicer. The lasers were used more appropriately, and the block design was nice, too. The block design in the ship was exceptional. This is a good example of when to make your blocks simple. The lasers were also more smoother, except when you are going through the tighter passages. But, the rain looked better than its first appearance. The hexagons on the side looked nice, too. The next part is very similar to the first part, so I will say what I did last time, except for an improvement. Good use of simple blocks, but make the lasers less sloppy. However, the lasers are less sloppier than before. Good job on this.
6/10 Although some parts were sloppy, I enjoyed others. Keep it up!
Sync:
I noticed the sync in the orb spams well, along with the ball transition. The double speed mini-cube had some sync too with the song. I noticed the first few jumps of the red cube segment were well synced, along with the decoration. But the orbs kind of lost the feel of it. The ship parts was very nice synced. The orbs and portals were placed very appropriately, as well as the tight segments, and the background. The jump pads at the start of the second green cube were well synced, too, so was the ball a bit. The robot didn't have enough sync in it, since it was just a few late jumps. The dual cube had a lot of sync, though. The UFO didn't have a lot of sync until the last few orb taps and the ship. The last parts felt more like some random part with orbs.
5/10 Not bad! You just need to work on a few parts I mentioned.
Originality:
I can see there is a lot of inspiration by Falling Up, and the U Need To Rest... part. 5/10
Total Score:
5.25/10 or Decent.
Nice job! Just focus on gameplay a bit more, and make your deco smoother. Good luck on your creating journey!
