It's hard to tell: it's either the first or the second wave. The first one is really long and very tough and it uses a lot of mini wave. The second part is much shorter, but some segments are tighter. The third wave is probably the easiest one, because it's fairly short and it has less tight spots... also the speed isn't 3x all the time.
