I think TamaN's Ginseng is pretty easy for an Insane level.

Three Step by Viprin is ridiculously easy but I doubt it is the easiest. It took me 1 attempt (idc if it was a total fluke) in early 1.9 when I was really bad.
It is probably easier than Tetrix.

Ginseng was kinda tough for me in early 2.0.

Besides xStep, Clutterfunk Remix is one of the easiest Insane levels I've played. It's basically "If Clutterfunk was was as easy as xStep".

Made in Vuosaari is also pretty easy but can be a bit confusing the first time around.
