Once your mouse is decent it doesn't really make any difference. Obviously if you mouse doesn't let you click above a certain number of times per second that might affect wave spamming or straight fly. So Hz

I'd say a good hz, mainly because if your mouse is bad you can still use the up arrow key or the space bar (not sure how well these two can compare to a decent mouse though).

With a bad and broken mouse, even Hz won't help you. I got used to the mouse, so it's easier for me to spam-fly with it.

Hz makes it a little easier to fly, etc. but without your favorite mice you can't play the game very much (until you're good at spacebar/up arrow too).
