The effect on top doesn't look good because it was obvious that you used copy and paste for those objects. Also the blue and red text. At 0:06 the custom background color makes it look out of place. So it could have been better if you made it black or white. The layering is kind of bad because there is some blocks that go over the text were the "Sans" character speaks. Never do game play were you have to press the right orbs while other orbs distract you. It isn't entertaining to play. The red saws look out of place because of the color. Could have been better if you used saws that had the same color as the blocks.

The way the level changes it's theme doesn't look good. It could have been better if you sticked to one theme. The decoration is super blank. The block design isn't good either because most of it is just outlines inside. But when there is a block design the design has a bad color combination to the outline.0:30 was super blank, all it had was spider webs to dodge. Could have been good if you actually added decoration to it. At 0:36 the monster looking thing looks out of place. I do know that the monster-looking thing is a part of "Undertale" but it still looks out of place. Also the transition you put on the sides makes the design look weird. Speaking of design you may want to add more. The game play sometimes gets fun but then it gradually gets annoying ,and no one likes to play annoying levels *ahem* Conical Depression *ahem*. An example of good game play is 0:40 - 0:44. Also when you spam portals the minimize and resize your portals do not look good. 0:47 is a good example of good block design. That part would have been a masterpiece of you added good decoration to it.

The decoration is super blank. The block design is alright. Only because that same simple block design is used for every block here. It is still a good block design though. The game play is kind of fun.

Putting a bunch of saws to dodge doesn't look good. If the saws were replaced with blocks with spikes with good block design ,then this part could have been a master piece. Also game play were you just have to dodge saws isn't fun. There doesn't seem to be any decoration here but if there was then it could have made the ranking higher.

The block design tends to be regular blocks that occasionally have pulsing objects inside. The game play here is sort of fun to play. Once again the monster-looking think still looks out of place. Probably due to its color. You were to use then then you should have made the decoration and block design monochrome.

I actually see some decoration here but most of it seems to be copy and pasted pulse objects. Copy and pasted designs do not look good. Once again the game play isn't fun if it is just some saws to dodge. There is no blocks so I can not judge the block design. Except for at the ending. The blocks you used for the ending are out of place. That is if you were making some 1.9 themed level.

Overall, you seem to struggle decorating, designing blocks, and game play. Sometimes you make fun game play or boring game play. Decoration skills are weird because sometimes you make blank decoration or you have some weird color combinations. When you design blocks you seem to either go out of the theme or have a weird color combination. If you improve on these then you could possibly have a featured level.
