Yes, the reverified levels should be given its rating and its stars too. But, the creator points may not be given to the reverifier. I'm pretty sure creator point system won't work like that as of this version. As it counts on how many features and rated levels does the player have. This can be a good change in the next update.

If the original verifier hacked the level. A huge part of a level getting rated is verification. *cough* Conical Depression *cough*
