Should Nine Circles have an epilepsy warning?

Well, any Nine Circles levels should have an epilepsy warning. Take a look at Ultimate Circles by Suomi. The level has an epilepsy warning at the beginning. I think other Nine Circles levels has an epilepsy warning in the level description too.
It's their fault for getting epilepsy by playing Nine Circles because they're very prone to seizures and they shouldn't have done that in the first place. But the warnings could be a good reminder for epileptic players though.
