This has been something that I've been thinking about and I'm surprised no one made a thread about it.
Personally, I think it should have an epilepsy warning because it could catch new players off guard, and also because no one will get angry at Zobros.

I think you should just put a warning on geometry dash in general, or just not at all. Robtop doesn't have time to go through every level to try and determine whether or not it deserves a warning. I'm pretty sure that even something like the Lightning Road might be able to induce a seizur in some people. And besides, if you have epilepsy you would most likely be smart enough to avoid the game entirely, or just avoid specific levels.

If epilepsy was really a problem for this game Nine circles would be one of the lesser worries

The game itself should have an epilepsy warning. If people are prone to seizures, they shouldn't play the game at all (or just levels that aren't flashy at all, but still it's not recommended). They might have less problems with playing old levels, but most current levels have flashing backgrounds or common color changes, as well as really bright colors which might be eye searing for them.
Tl;dr - if you're epileptic, don't play this game at all.

I only think it should in case someone with epilepsy plays it and somehow gets to the wave.
And I also agree the game should have a epilepsy warning. A lot of peoples levels are very seizure inducing (A lot of 2.0 levels and Nine circles levels)
