Is it harder to be top 100 creator or to be a top 100 stars player? (Not including hax because then top 100 stars would win by a landslide)
Let's weigh the each side:
Top 100 Creators - • As of right now the lowest amount of CP you need to get on the board is 29. This is equivalent to 14 featured levels and one starred level. • There are well over 20 Million User-Levels, and only a few thousand of them are featured. This means for an unknown person without recognition from a mod or another popular person in the community, the odds of getting even one feature is extremely low. • One does not really have too much control over their rank in terms of Creators because only RobTop can increase (or sometimes decrease) your creator points.
Top 100 Players - • As of right now the lowest amount of stars you need to get on the top 100 players are 17,300+ stars. • Since the number of stars you gain is controllable, retaining your rank in the top 100 is much harder due to players constantly gaining more stars in order to get into the top 100 all the time. • You have to be very skilled at beating levels in order to get the amount of stars necessary to get into the top 100. Most top 100 players have well over 100 demons making this feat almost unimaginable to most players
So which do you believe is harder to get into?

honestly this is a tough choice, it's harder for some people to get noticed by robtop but other people just are rolling in features. i'd have to say top 100 players tbh
but what about top weekly 😂😂 👌

Top 100 creators because it is really hard to get noticed by robtop but thats not a factor for getting tons of stars

You can just farm levels for stars, but CP is much harder to get because of all the lev'les that are out there.

Even if you make an amazing level that is feature worthy its a 1 in around a 100 chance it will be rated, unless a mod, or Rob notices you. Even then getting 10, or even 5 creator points in 2.0 is nearly impossible without being already well known, or having someone recommend you to a mod. As for getting stars, all that requires is lots of time, skill, and patience. That sounds easy, but it is also insanly hard to do, yet still I say by a landslide getting top 100 creators is harder.
Getting top 100 creators is not about skill, its about luck, the luck of being noticed. (Also has a huge time element in it as it can take many days or even weeks to make an amazing level.) Getting top 100 players is skill, lots and lots of skill. It would take many months to get to the skill level top 100 players are at, but when it comes to Creator Points that is luck, at least its luck for now... Hopefully sometime in 2.2 or 2.3 Rob will find a way to make that luck alot less like luck for new creators, and when that times comes, thats when we will see this games true return as an app store giant.
Its hard to compete when the odds are stacked so aginst you, it pushes you down and makes you wanna give up, some don't and thats a good thing, but many, many fail and give up. Eventually that failure can lead to quitting the game or just playing causally, leaving their amazing skill and potential left wasted due to a currently broken system.
This got wayy too deep...

Top 100 creators is more based around pure luck and not skill. Of course, entering CCs and such can help, but you don't have a 100% chance to actually win them or even be on the top 5, just because of all the amazing levels out there.
If at least one level judge was a mod, this would be completely different.

I think that it's harder to get inti the Top 100 Creators than Players because like others have said, it mostly just boils down to hoping RobTop notices your level and rates it. Submitting it to level requests and CCs are a good way to speed up the process but can be unreliable since sometimes RobTop still doesn't notice sent levels. And the requirement for getting into the Top 100 Creators is a whopping 29 CP.
That being said, once you do get in to Top 100 Creators, it's easier to maintain a position in it than Top 100 Players since stars are gathered daily so it's easy to go down in the leaderboard quickly but in the Top 100 Creators it's harder to lose a position since levels take longer to makes.
