No. However (in my opinion), Ozpectro building style also looks similiar to Noobas style. Compare Cosmic Rage and Fantasy of Moonstone (unfinished) to any Ozpectro levels.

No, they're pretty different.
Ozpectro likes to use blocks to cover the screen, leaving just a cave-like pathway for the cube to follow.
Woogi1411, on the other hand, uses a variety of blocks, floating spikes and decorations to cover the screen, which leaves a similar pathway but feels much more open.
