I honestly don't have a problem with big updates unless you don't tell the truth about the date for over 8 months...

I'd prefer something like 1.9, that takes 3 or 4 months but improves the game a lot

I like frequent small updates better because they are a lot more satisfying than waiting ages for an update that has a bunch of stuff with it. The payoff from these big updates is usually nice, but the wait is just not worth it. Why waste so long to add a bunch of stuff in one update when you can add it all in separate smaller updates throughout the same time frame? Plus, some people might get a little overwhelmed when a whole bunch of new stuff is all thrown in their faces in one huge update. I personally like apps that have regular updates every 2-4 weeks, with 1 bigger update every 3-6 months.

small updates means less bugs and more improvement to the system.
Large updates means many bugs, but still improvements. Many bugs means bug fixing updates and mad people.

I more just don't want false info, if you say that you're going to release a small update don't take over a year to release the update

It's depressing that 2.1 was meant to be small and fast to release

Why are we even talking about updates in Geometry Dash? I don't believe in GD updates.
