PP III is more difficult overall, whereas RWR is more centered towards ship skills.
It mostly depends on what vehicles you control better

PP III looks extreme-ish for most of the time, while RWR looks very hard, but IMO it feels easier at some spots...

I'd vote for PPIII, but remember that infamous swingcopter in RWR. :^)
