EDIT: I'm an idiot I thought it was by difficulty.
Anyway, the worst part gameplay wise in my opinion is probably Yuri's part, it just feels too pointless and easy to be in a level like ABP.

Probably the end with the bunch of keys. Not that it requires a lot of memorization to fly in a correct pattern, it looks kinda meh compared to the rest.
