took me only 250 attempts and 9 minutes to beat in practice, and that's around the same amount of attempts and time it takes me to beat some demons today
I don't think it's demon list worthy
I actually think it's easier than Windy Landscape

IMHO It is not easier than WL. But I agree that it is not top 50 worthy.
Wave and ship parts are just really hard, but not actually insane.
