If Sakupen was as long as BB, it'd be much harder than Yata, IMO.

Yatagarasu. Not that it's longer, but it's harder than Bloodbath, so it might be also a bigger pain than SH.

Yatagarasu is a megacollab, with every single part in it being made so that the difficulty is from very hard/insane to extreme. It is over 3 minutes long, has virtually no rest stops, and is rumored to have it's own ingame difficulty.
Sakupen Hell is a level that is 50 seconds long, and about half the level is what makes it so extreme; the wave. Despite the number of practice it takes to do it consistently, the cube, ship and UFO take little time to master, and are easily manageable.
Yatagarasu wins by a longshot.
