Haven't made a thread in a while. 
So I got 50% on Ultraviolet for about 3 weeks ago.

I submitted the record on google forms for atleast 4 times in the past few days. But it is not added yet. So it made me wonder that my record looks possibly hacked or something.
Does this look hacked to you?
(I'm currently sick by the way.)
