I don't know what you mean by "hell demon" - a difficulty higher than extreme or the theme itself? IMO Bloodbath is more of a crimson/gore themed level. Also, I'd say it's an Extreme Demon, because IMO every level that's harder than Cataclysm is considered an Extreme Demon.

A hell demon is one step above from an extreme demon, it has nothing to do with the theme in this case

Bloodbath is Extreme demon for me. Hell(or whatever you wanna call them) is stuff like Yatagarasu and such
