I'd like to start by saying thank you for your patience.
The begging of your level immediately showed me two things. One, you put effort into the design of your platforms and backrounds. Two, the level lacked a lot of vital 2.0 aspects. I would suggest that in future levels you fill the empty spaces in you backround and ensure that the lines in your design are within the borders of your objects. Also, make sure if you're going to use 3D lines, that you do so for all your platforms.
The platform movement throughout the level was surprisingly smooth, meaning that your knowledge in easing is good.
Throughout ufo part I found myself having moving object thrown in my direction with no warning, to fix this I would suggest placing pulsing objects or some other indicator to show the block's path.
The spider showcase showed that you thought about the player by placing blue markers where they should tap, I give you props for this.
Finally I must mention layering. Your character had a middle layering, meaning that some of the level's objects went behind the character and some in front. To fix this I suggest moving you character to the top layer, above everything else.
The idea to design a level showcasing the features of 2.1 was great, but it was something that had already been done (I believe it was underground by AbstractDark that came out in.... July).

Gameplay: 6/10
-2 for having long stretches of nothing (fill in in with gameplay)
-1 for flying objects in face ( any sort of indicator)
-1 for hidden gravity portals, complicating the whole ordeal (indicators, or make it visible)
Decoration: 5/10
-2 character's layering
-1 for lines being outside of block borders (slightly move the Deco lines to have them in the borders)
-2 for lack of an actual decorated backround with 2.1 concepts throughout the level
Concept: 3/10
-2 from base score of 5/10 for using an already explored concept
Overall score:

R/10= overall score
Overall score= 4.666/10
Placement: needs improvement
As you go on as a creator and hone your skills in building you levels will get better, the important thing is to not get discouraged, but vow to be better
