This is rather more helpful in us as judges, as almost every single day there is one person who brakes the judging rules. I think it would be a better idea to see who read it, so we could see if they read it or not. So you could implement this on just the judges or anywhere if you would like it. Its just getting really sad and annoying to see almost every single day someone brakes the judging rules.

This is a good idea, but it seems like it get pretty ridiculous  The records list has over a million views! If they added the list to show who viewed the thread, it would definitely have to be an option  |

Cool idea, but should have some sort of filter as in like "Last 30 days" or "Last 7 days", and should be like the Participated button where a list shows up after you click it.
