*The record holder in question will not have any future records added to the list until they have been clean for at least 5 months afterwards and have confessed to all illegitimate records.
I mean, it's been about 5 months since he hacked BB, and he confessed it. I don't know if he's been clean cuz I don't watch his videos, but looking at his lastest videos he seems pretty much legit now.
I talk about Buli, but the same can be applied to Xelious, SrMasterDash, and even Cyclic (I don't think he'll make it into the list again, though) when they reach 5 months being clean.
