I don’t really see why this is on the forums. Most of the threads there aren’t even debates, and I never check the debate board so I miss out on a lot of stuff So the staff could be more strict about what is or isn’t a debate or the debate word could be removed because I really don’t see it as necessary.

Yeah, I guess it is true that every single thread there could go to General Discussion without a problem, but you should probably just get into the habit of checking the Debate board if you think you’re missing out  |

Debate: a discussion between people in which they express different opinions about something, according to Merriam-Webster. So I disagree that the topics in there are for the most part, not debates. The Debate board is a good separation from the General Discussion board, which basically means the forums are more sorted out. I don't think it should be removed.
Also my question is: if you never check this board, why are you asking for it to be removed? Just start checking it.
