I know levels are not the best when they are a Nine Circles, but this has an interesting turn.
Underground is a Easy-Medium Demon verified by BackupGravy (sadly I was busy working on something else) and uses a extremely underrated Rukkus dusted song that came out a couple years ago. Underground by Rukkus is the song.
Underground's gameplay is quite unique compared to many others consisting of dark purple (like the darkest purple in the world) and has some different gimmicks not seen in others. The wave section is the same as the beginning, but consists of pretty close timing with the music and most likely the tightest dual wave in existence (Crimson Clutter may beat that).
I think Underground has a chance to be rated, but it gets knocked down due to it being a Nine Circles, but in my opinion, you should look for gameplay. If a mod is reading this, look for gameplay, not the design.
