Before everyone starts yelling at me and calling me a scrub, hear me out, a'ight? I looked at Sandstorm's THF footage and I found something odd. By looking at Powerbomb's footage, I noticed that the end text didn't expand like it did in Sandstorm's video. Looking at THF, I noticed it was still on Version 1, meaning it couldn't have been updated. Proof: imgur.com/a/58NOiCould I please get an explanation? Also, if I'm in the wrong thread, sorry. This seemed like a topic open for debate. - Solonoid

Actually, if you have another version of the level and upload it with the same name, it will update, but not change the version of the level, although, I doubt the level was reverified, but who knows, and it probably wasn't hacked, if anything it was some other method of cheating because I'm pretty sure it was streamed, and also, if someone didn't want to be suspected, why would they change the text at the end of the level?

That does seem suspicious. Sandstorm has a 75hz monitor, and that causes lots of glitches so could it be that?

No, this is not caused due to hacks. There is a phase trigger (or whatever it's called idk) near the beginning which makes blocks appear to shrink down when entering the edge of the screen and enlarge when they exit the other end, under the arrow in the screenshot: The letters at the end aren't separated, which means this trigger recognizes them as one group. Now, I don't know why it does this to Sandstorm and not the others, but my guess is it is either the different monitor refresh rates, or the fact that Sandstorm was on 30fps during his stream.

Or that Sandstorm's display resolution had a smaller width-to-height ratio than the others.

Actually yeah that makes more sense i know nothing about this stuff but maybe that's why he needed less FPS? Idk lol

I dont know how to explain that, but my best guess is that he beat another version of the level on accident, by some glitch, or because of that thingy that billybob explained. Anyway he streamed it and many people watched him, I really dont believe that it was him hacking

Anyway he streamed it and many people watched him, I really dont believe that it was him hacking As we learned from Cyclic, people can fake livestreams. It couldn't have been another version. It was the same level, 10 stars, and it was still in version 1. The only other explanation is that it was reverified, which I don't think is true. That phase trigger was NOT there in Brandon Larkin's or Powerbomb's gameplay. EDIT: Or rather, it WAS, and still is, but it was cancelled at the end.

It happens to me too. It's probably a 75hz glitch or a monitor size glitch. It looks like this for me.

The version Sandstorm beat was the original version, before Andromeda updated it and nerfed the last cube a bit. Powerbomb and Brandon Larkin didn't beat TUP anyway.

This thread is talking about THF not TUP.
