Pretty much in school everyday because I study over the summer, I only hate the homework aspect tbh... It causes so much stress, and being a procrastinator doesn't help xD

the song "don't stay in school" pretty much explains my opinion on it. if they taught things that were essential to survive (taxes, voting, how to get a job, etc.) then i wouldn't mind it at all. but the fact most of the things they teach are going to be 110% useless to us is why i hate it. also, 99% of the people at school are absolute ******* and think they're better than anyone who doesn't play sports.
aka i don't fit in very well ;-;

I'm fine with school I guess even though my school has higher standards It's still pretty easy atm though we do have an accelerated course which means that we'll be doing year 12 in year 11. The homework is ok but I spend more waking hours at or travelling to and from school then I do at home (About 9 1/2 hours at or travelling to/from school to 5 hours at home of which 1 is in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon). The only subject I really find annoying is Mandarin, because not only do you have to learn another language, but another alphabet that a sh*tton bigger than the one you're used to as well as the fact that it's confusibg as hel. But otherwise I like school ;3;

For me it's fine. Up until 6th grade I went to a montessori school, which is were you stay in a classroom and work on what you want to work on (you can get more info with a Google search). I liked it a lot, because you could sit where you wanted too, work on what you wanted too, and even talk to your friends during class. And to top it off there was no homework. Then I went to public school, where I am now, and I still think it's fine. Most of the stuff is easy, even in the top classes (2 grades above the average), if you use my philosophy, which is "do just enough to get an A." If you don't work more than you have too, then it becomes a lot easier. Also, if it wasn't for school I would have like 0 irl friends.

I love hanging out with friends. That's the only positive.
I dislike 90% of my classes and I get stressed out now about school. It's such a burden. I know it's necessary for my future, but I still don't like it. Also I have honors classes next year. Oh joy.
Oh, also the fact that I am basically forced to learn to the test, so I immediately forget it after the year finishes, so it's mostly pointless in terms of preparing me.

I've never had the problem with school being stressful and difficult, I'm lucky to have a brain wired to learning useless facts. I remember school sort of stuff really easily. I haven't had bullies (surprisingly) and though I've had bad teachers none of them were enough to ruin the year.
Elementary school was fun for me, rarely got bored in class because elementary school settings are always flexible and I could find something to do. Also I made friends pretty easily. Middle school was lame though. The material quickly went from "not challenging" to "boring, tedious, and way too easy" and then youknow the social setting completely changed and I became a recluse, being who I am. High school (so far) has been far better than I should have hoped for. I'm lucky to be accepted to a magnet school where there are more kids of my type so I actually have friends now (I went from 0 school friends to 8 school friends in 2 months! yay!) and the material, even when it is easy isn't so boring.

Just saying.

Okay, prepare yourselves for my rather long and boring school experience. XD I'll put it in a spoiler I loved school when I was really young; up until about middle school, when I started wanting to do other things besides schoolwork and stuff like that. I remember when I was in middle school, I'd always have to wake up at 5 in the morning so I could catch the school bus, and the bus ride each morning was about an hour and a half. I absolutely hated it, but on the bright side I was only on the bus for about 10-15 minutes on our way back home; the first kids to be picked up in the morning were also the first ones to get dropped off at home. Once I got to my second year of high school, we moved across town, and I had to ride a different bus; on this bus my position was completely switched: I was one of the last kids to be picked up in the morning, and one of the last ones to be dropped off in the afternoon. Overall, I hated riding the bus. School on the other hand was never a problem for me; in middle school and high school I would have much preferred to be somewhere else, but at the same time I kind of enjoyed it. I never got into trouble, except one time in 4th grade when me and one of my friends stayed outside on the recess playground after we were supposed to go in (I know, I'm such a rebel XD). I always made good grades in school, most of the time I'd make A's, but some B's were never infrequent. I also didn't really have a "best subject", but I never got below a B on anything in English/Reading class. I also always had a best friend or two, and I had a group of friends I'd hang out with, but I was by no means ever a "popular" kid. I was never really bullied, though everyone has their bad encounters with someone at some point in school. Overall, school wasn't a bad experience for me, and for the most part, I enjoyed it. However, now that I'm in college, I'm glad that I'm done with all of that; having my own freedom and responsibility is so much better. My first two years of college have been an awesome experience for me, and I can't wait for this next one to start. ヽ(ᵔᴥᵔ)ノ
