For me it's fine. Up until 6th grade I went to a montessori school, which is were you stay in a classroom and work on what you want to work on (you can get more info with a Google search). I liked it a lot, because you could sit where you wanted too, work on what you wanted too, and even talk to your friends during class. And to top it off there was no homework. LUCKY F***.

I learn too fast, so when the teachers talk for half an hour I don't listen and when they are done I read everything from the schoolbooks in 5 minutes and them do everything pretty quick. So pretty much half the time I am bored. Then sometimes we have to do these huge projects, essays and I am just like: What the fΓΉck I don't need this to learn stuff. If all the useless crap was out of the way I could learn everything I need to in a year.
The only good thing about school is how I am one of the most known people in out school because I play geometry dash.
Tl;dr School forces me to learn something in an hour when I could learn it in 5 minutes.

School is so stressful. If we just had to do work at school, it wouldn't be so bad, and I get pretty good grades overall (all A's except for gym because ew), but the part that stresses me out is all of the homework that we get. Last year, one of my classes gave me homework every day, which took about an hour, along with almost always having to do at least 1 other thing, and often times a project. I personally can find school to be fun at times, including when I'm with my friends, or taking a fun class, but I hate having to do more work right when I get home, after doing just that for ~8 hours. (when I get a job, I'm dead)
It also doesn't help that I'm the biggest procrastinator in the world ;n;

Starting the second year of highschool on August 15th, and I started to kinda like school in highschool. I decide what courses I take instead of all being decided for me. During examweeks I'm very stressed and I hate to study a sh*tload at once. Waking up early gets annoying too. Also, homework sometimes takes hours to get done with. (You don't HAVE to do them but exams will be way easier if you do)
I still like school way more than I hate it.

My first year of high school starts on August 10th, so yeah I'm both excited and nervous on what will come at me on high school Other than that, I'm pretty neutral about school overall. It's nice hanging out with friends, but I only like about half my classes during middle school (I only really cared about Math, Computer Science, and Science as a whole). High school's gonna be fun though because I get to choose two of my classes every year, plus I get to learn Spanish which is pretty useful in this country, and it makes me a trilingual which will look good on my profile. 8th grade was a literal hell though. ELA, to be exact. About 90% of my schoolwork was from that class, and it stressed me out A LOT. Thinking positively, I guess it made me more responsible on homework? Overall, school is not something I absolutely hate to death, nor I would rather face my entire life. It's just a normal activity of life, I go through it without actually realizing it (of course I still try my best at school), then I move on.

I used to but common core is STUPID AS HECK, and it sucks. We have to 'show our work' for everything (talking about math), which makes sense, unless doing it in my head is way faster...............................................,

Hell no. I don't hate education itself (except for math). I really hate the people there. The students. The teachers. The principal. Nearly everyone I try to fake our "friendship". Just because I'm the most silent person in the whole grade, doesn't mean they they should go and harass me for every f***** action I do. From talking to just doing absolutely nothing. Nope, even the teachers can't seem to help themselves and bother me. Screw the bullies. I better go do the dishes.
But what about the "fake friendships"? Simple. They have nothing to mature to talk about. The only mature thing for them to talk about are s****l stuff (yes. They often discuss about p***).
Ugh. If school break here lasted longer, I could've finished all of my 3 levels. But no, I have to stick with these fools for another 4 months.
In short, these indocile pricks are the reasons I hate school in general.
Also, it's Monday. The cycle continues.

I absolutely despise school, but not for the average reason. It's so incredibly easy, I'm just waiting for high school or college to actually be challenged(yay AP courses).
I literally spent most of 6th and 7th grade either reading, drawing(and I suck at drawing), or just thinking in general
I just realized how completely cocky and egotistical that sounded. Sorry about that...

I find that school gets better as you get to have more choice in what you learn (which starts around high school)
For example, I did not enjoy being forced to learn about rocks in 6th grade science, but when I got to pick what science classes I wanted, one of the classes I picked was Chemistry, and it was one of the most interesting classes I had ever been in.
It also becomes more enjoyable when you get to pick your pace in school. Middle school classes can be extremely slow and boring for some people, but in high school you get honors and AP classes that could make the course more intense and interesting.

Everything you learn in elementary school in 6 years can be learned in 3 months.

I feel like an idiot for taking so many AP classes last year. Back in eighth grade, everythin was so easy, I never paid attention and I get easy As. Well, AP classes aren't that hard, but all the "show your work" cancer, combined with being four years younger than everyone else, completely threw me into a depressed state. (hence my name) Being younger than everyone else meant that I had no common interests with them, so I sat on my school mac and browsed reddit all day like a nerd. This led to problems and eventually bullying, even though I'm never picked on in my own grade. I never had a suicidal thought until last november, and now I contemplate death almost every day. So yeah, I love school.
