I have tried fraps, mirilis action and OBS Fraps is trash, OBS is good (Best one for streaming) and mirillis gives me the best recordings (But meh streaming) Just my experience tho  Pretty much this^ Obs is good IF your pc is good, and that was my problem with it... 8) |

On mobile I use Gusher for streaming and Mobizen for recording. They both lag, don't play gd on mobile
