Judge/Mod/Admin/Owner applying board

I agree Newscaster Application should be a Thing, but for the Rest no. Remember when for one Month we had an Application Form for Judges. For normal Memebers that might have been cool, but as far as Judges go we had quite some Issues there because we got some rather...bad Judges into the Team, and this way you simply don´t have to earn anything, you just apply and get lucky. And for Mods and above, with the huge Powers they have imagine the wrong Person getting into that Place. There´s a Reason you have to earn every single Rank here. Although it can take Weeks or even Months, just wait and you´ll be noticed, whatever you´d like to be.
