With H&G board,we don't need any cluttered up goodbye thread or i'm back thread. There was even a goodbye thread placed at general discussion,so it caused much confusion for newcomers.

Not a bad idea, I've actually been thinking about suggesting this. Maybe a board for introductions and welcomes, rather than when they decide to leave would be better.

Yes I don't even know why the introduction board was removed, that was a dumb decision to get rid of it imo
